May 9, 2020 (Rochester, NY) This week, the Rochester Labor Council announced their endorsement of Jamie Romeo, who is seeking to continue serving as Monroe County Clerk in the upcoming Primary Election on June 23rd.
Jamie Romeo was appointed by Governor Cuomo to serve the remainder of the term as Monroe County Clerk after the previous Clerk, County Executive Adam Bello, was sworn into his first term. Upon taking the oath of office, much of Monroe County Clerk Romeo’s first months have been focused on managing the vital workforce and County operations through the COVID19 crisis.

Monroe County Clerk Jamie Romeo will be on the Democratic Primary ballot on June 23rd. She will also appear on the General Election ballot on the Working Families and Independence Party lines.
