ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Family Passport hours at the County Clerk’s Office have been announced for the year.
County Clerk Jamie Romeo said Family Passport Hours will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the last Saturday of every month for walk-in passport processing. Employees at the Clerk’s office may stop accepting walk-ins before 1 p.m. based on staffing so be sure to arrive earlier.

May 18 (early due to Memorial Day)

August 31
September 28
October 26
November (closed for holidays)
December (closed for holidays)
The office requires customers to bring a check or money order for the State Department portion of passport processing fees. For more information, click here.
