ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — While the Department of Motor Vehicles still doesn’t have a set reopening date, some changes are being made to encourage social distancing. Monroe County Clerk Jamie Romeo sent us pictures of some new additions to a DMV office.
The county is working to put up clear dividers and tape is going down to help people social distance properly.
The DMV has extended certain deadlines and expanded mail-in services while it’s been closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
